Some buyers of the iPhone Duo, Apple's first foldable phone, say the inner screen cracked along the crease within hours or days, Bloomberg reported.
Apple said it is aware of an issue affecting "a small number" of units and told users to contact AppleCare for a replacement.
Repair site iFixit believes a failing piece of the hinge is cracking the screen.
