Avengers: Doomsday crosses $125 million in presales ahead of December 18 clash with Dune

Avengers: Doomsday has reportedly sold more than $125 million in advance tickets, months before release.
It opens on December 18, the same day as Dune: Part Three, in a clash fans have named "Dunesday".
Dune has taken the IMAX screens, while Doomsday has other premium large-format screens and an IMAX release in China.
