The Enforcement Directorate searched seven premises in Punjab on Wednesday linked to Moga MLA Amandeep Kaur Arora, her husband, family and associates.
The money-laundering case stems from a 2024 Punjab Police FIR over alleged fraudulent mutation of land acquired for National Highway 754A and wrongful payment of compensation.
AAP minister Harpal Cheema said the BJP-led Centre uses central agencies whenever elections approach; no charges against the MLA have been reported.
