The final turnout was 60.96% across 12 municipal corporations and 79 municipalities and nagar panchayats that voted on November 1, The Hindu reported.
Visakhapatnam's turnout stood at 50.02% as of 3 p.m., with its final report yet to come.
Repolling was ordered at eight stations in Kadapa, Pulivendula and Jammalamadugu on grounds of booth capturing.
