Chief Minister Revanth Reddy also wants treated wastewater supplied to data centres and sewage plants watched with AI, as the State braces for a long dry spell.
Telangana's Chief Minister has ordered treated wastewater to be used for all non-drinking purposes in government offices and public spaces.
Treated water is also to be supplied to data centres, and building permits will carry conditions on its use.
Every sewage treatment plant will get a special officer, AI monitoring and a link to a command control centre.
