Fire guts about 40 shops in market near Jammu railway station

A fire at Shiv Market, opposite Jammu Railway Station, destroyed about 40 shops overnight from Sunday to Monday.
It broke out around 10.30 pm and was brought under control at about 3.15 am; no casualties were reported.
Officials suspect a short circuit, with wind spreading the flames.
