The alleged shooters in the October 18 Tiger Shroff firing first planned to target Aamir Khan, according to police reports cited by The Indian Express.
They reportedly switched to Shroff because he played football at a Juhu park on most Sundays, where the firing took place.
Eleven people have now been held across four states; police say a gangster linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is wanted.
