The airline's liquidator says Boeing must return advances paid in 2013 for planes it never delivered; Boeing says the money was set off against Jet's dues
The NCLAT on Tuesday issued notice to Boeing on an appeal by Jet Airways' liquidator seeking about $92 million (around ₹872 crore).
The money was paid as advances under 2013 orders for 737-8 and 787-9 aircraft that were never delivered.
The NCLT had rejected the claim on September 11, saying the contract dispute needed a full trial in a competent court.
